Due to the Premium Incentive Industry and Somcan's position as a Supplier certain restriction apply to companies that are provided access to Somcan's members only sections. By filling out the Account Request form you agree to the following restrictions and policies.
In order to become a member of Somcan you must be a distributor that services the Premium & Incentives industry. Somcan will not extend memberships to retail or non-distribution companies and any account found to be in violation of this restriction will be cancelled immediately.
It is important that correct and accurate information is provided to Somcan to ensure the best possible service. Invalid/incorrect account requests will not be accepted.
As a member of Somcan you recognize that the P+I pricing and availability posted on the Somcan site is subject to change and unless otherwise forecasted or committed at a specific price we cannot guarantee fulfillment. Several brands listed require approval by Somcan and/or the Vendor before being listed in a program and are marked as such. Failure to seek approval may result in denied orders.
Somcan will not share or intentionally divulge your personal information to third parties; this includes IP Address and Session information collected while you browse/use our website.
